No customer emails received

Hi, I have spent weeks setting up and stocking my store https://www.luvitjewelry.com/ Now I find that none of the customer emails are received. This also means that passwords cannot be changed. When on auto passwords, they do not even know their password to be able to change them.
I receive the Admin emails.
I read and tried to follow all the advice on the old closed thread.
All themes and plugins are up to date.
I have tried turning off all plugins except Woocommerce and still, the emails do not work.
I went back to the theme Twenty Twelve and then another theme, the emails did not work with either of these themes.I have tried a different browser, I am now using Chrome.
The Plugin WP Mail Logging shows the emails but the customer does not get them.
I have the Plugin WP Mailgun SMTP. I don’t understand the first option – SMTP Options
These options only apply if you have chosen to send mail by SMTP above.

Check no if you don’t want to use this plugin feature.On the above I have NO checked – the trial email works.
If I check YES the trial email fails and the whole backend slows dramatically.I have not tried earlier versions of WC as even if the emails worked, I could never upgrade going forward.
I would love some help as my store is useless like this.
