    Hello,
I am using the plugin in 2 sites. At one everything is OK, at the other, things used to be fine until just suddenly there are no custom sidebars on my Appearance > Widgets area.

Instead, the ones I used to have, have moved to “Inactive Sidebar”.

It seems like the plug in is not there, even though it is installed and active.

I have also deleted and re-installed the plug in, but still nothing

  • Using WordPress v.3.9.2
    Custom Sidebars v.2.0.9.4
“Allow this sidebar to be replaced” is ticked for theme’s default sidebar

Installed your plugin today, activated it, but it is not working. I.E., when I choose a newly-created sidebar from a specific page, it defaults to the theme’s sidebar, not the new one.

I’m having the same problem and I am not at all familiar with this platform. Can somebody point me to where to find the css code or the functions.php file?

Using v3.9.2 and the Twenty Ten theme.

    Thanks.

    Hey guys,

want to quickly let you know that we have fixed the issue and will publish an update soon (next days).

FYI: This issue only happens in certain browsers on Windows machines. You can try to use Google Chrome, the pop up should work there. But of course with the next update it will work again in all browsers!

    Thanks for your patience,
    Philipp
