    I am very happy with this plugin but suddenly it stopped working.

    I have extra fields, but I can never see this extra field in the enmails that I or the customer receives, so I don’t know what when wrong?

    You have to disable ajax add-to-cart feature in product page. You can disable this in themes settings

    I disabled it in Woocommerce –> settings –> products –> AJAX add to cart

    But still no luck…?

    This is WooCommerce settings for enabling Ajax add to cat in product listing pages. Please check if there is any such settings in theme options. To disable Ajax add to cart for single product page

    I found this setting under “customize website –> WooCommerce –> Single product –> Enable AJAX add to cart”

    I disabled this box but still no luck… ??

    This is a very important feature for my website, I don’t know what to do.

    It works when we have a check at our end. ‘Salad Roast Beef’ is the product we tested

    I can see the box in my products but the extra field messages do not come trough to the checkout or emails..?

    May I ask what typ of browser you use as it does not appear when I use Edge or Chrome?

    We have checked it in chrome and it works fine. Please clear your browser cache and try again
