No custom header on posts or blog page

Hi!
Love the plugin, but recently seem to have run into some kind of bug. I cannot set a custom header for the blog page (the page that presents all the entries). I just get the standard header here. And on individual posts I don′t get a header at all, despite setting a custom one.
This MAY have started to act up after the 4.4.2 upgrade, but I′m not certain. I have the most recent version of the plugin.
Any tips?
