No custom fields on mobile

  • Hi

    I add new fields, but I can see them only on PC. I can’t see them on Mobile, but they’re validate. I can see notification “fields can’t be empty”

    Could you help me? I use free version and business plan.

    Hi,

    maybe you have enabled the “force guest checkout” option and those custom fields are set at “User profile”.

    Can you confirm that?

    Hi.
    No. It’s not this.
    I don’t know how but I resolved this problem. I deleted fields and add new (the same names) field. Right now It’s working, but It is a bug.
