No custom details available

    I have the latest version of WordPress and of Ultimate Product Catalogue. UPC is a paid-for version for our site bespokeauctions.co.uk.
    I want to use a custom product page but whenever I change it (and select it in options) no changes are made – a blank page is displayed. This is really frustrating as I dont want to use the tabbed page.

    If I do use the tabbed product page, can I get rid of the additional details and contact us tabs? I do not need these.

  • Hi Martin,

    In the tabbed layout, you can hide the “Contact Us” tab by going to Options-> Premium and select No in the Product Inquiry Form section.

    To hide “Additional Tabs”, just add this CSS to the Custom CSS box on the Edit Catalog page:

    .upcp-tabbed-addtl-info-menu {
display: none;}

    In regards to the Custom Product Page Layout:
    After selecting “Custom Product Page” (in Options->Premium->”Product Page Type”), did you apply any changes to the editable layout (i.e. under the Product Page tab)?

    If you only selected the “Custom Product Page” option without making changes to the Product Page tab, then there’s a chance that a blank page will display.

    I have made changes to the custom product page, but these do not appear on the site. I am still getting a blank panel.

    Can you send us the URL to one of your product pages (with the Product Page layout set to “Custom Product Page”)?
