No Credit Card Form Showing On Mobile

  • Hi there,

    For some reason there is no input field/form for credit card details on mobile (works fine on desktop).

    Here’s an image showing the problem:

    I’ve tried turning off of plugins to see if there is any conflict but didn’t have any luck there. This site is created in Elementor & I even changed themes just to see if that would fix it but the problem was still there.

    Everything is updated.

    Any help appreciated.

    Hi @wgresults,

    Your theme is rendering two payment sections, one which is shown on wider screens and one that is shown on smaller screens like mobile.

    The plugin is designed to render the credit card form in the #wc-stripe-card-element element but since there are two, it attaches to the first element that matches that ID.

    To resolve you will need to have your theme render one payment section only.

    You can reach out to me via the Stripe plugin settings page and we can discuss. I can take a look and see what I could do on my end for themes that have this behavior.

    Yes I received your email and I replied acknowledging that I received it.

    When I have time I’ll take a look but I can’t guarantee anything since this is theme related and not an issue with the Stripe plug-in.
