No Credit Card Form?

Hi I have added this addon to WP Hotel Booking, and when checking out after I input my personal information, I just get a notification message saying: “Thank you! Your booking has been placed. We will contact you to confirm about the booking soon.” It doesn’t proceed to a form where I input my credit card information to process the payment. Does this plugin work yet? I inputted my api info and their are no additional settings that I can see that I haven’t already configured to get this to work. Please help.
