No credit card fields appear at checkout.

    I set up and configured WooCommerce Payments and am testing. All works well except no credit card fields appear at checkout, so customers will not be able to enter credit cards. This occurs in Chrome and Edge browsers. This occurs with or without test payments enabled. This occurs with and without Dokan plugin enabled. All plugins are up to date. The shop is in test mode now, so you can view yourself at https://esvamarket.com/shop/. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!

    I figured it out! It is a conflict with the SiteGround Optimizer plugin. This is an optimization plugin provided by my host. When that plugin is deactivated, everything works fine. I hope this helps others in the future. Thanks!
