No Create Audio Playlist link in media library

Hello,

in WP 5.x
When i’m on media libray i don’t see “create new playlist” link in the left hand column”.

With oldest playlist in a page to modify, in graphic mode if i want to add a song, nothing appear when i click on “add to playlist”. The “add to playlist” buttom stay grayed .

I ve had to use id in text (html) mode to insert media in a playlist !

Did I miss something?
