No Coupons Not Showing in Print View

  • We have several coupons on our site every month and recently none of them are displaying the print version when clicking the “Click to Open in Print View” link. Our WP host has recently upgraded our site to WP version 6.4.1 and PHP 8.0. We’re graphic designers trying be admins of this website, so our tech knowledge in this regard is limited. Any help would be appreciated! -Larry

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay.

    It looks like for some reason the Theme or a Plugin is overriding the Single Template.

    I tried to reproduce on a site with PHP 8.0.33 and it worked.

    Are you using PHP 8.1 or 8.2?

    Are there any errors or notices in the error log when you visit the single view?
