No Coupon Code in Email or in "Coupons"

Hello,
In the email’s that are being sent to the customer after a purchase do not have the coupon code inside the email. Also, the coupon code that exists inside of “Order Details” does not have a set value from the product that was purchased. Is there any way you can help?
