I purchased a 5-seat license to the Forced Interaction extension. When that feature is enabled for a popup, it will eventually close automatically but no cookie is set. I disabled the feature and then the cookie set AFTER clicking the close button.

So, my question is basically why doesn’t the plugin observe the fact that the popup has closed and the confirmation message has appeared?

@marjwyatt – Hey Marj, can you tell me what method you are using to close the popup when you have that active? The only methods available are those built into form integrations we already have or with a snippet of Javascript which has to be manually inserted and customized.

Beyond that if the popup closes after form submission because the form doesn’t submit over AJAX (without refreshing or reloading the page) then the popup isn’t actually closing, the page is simply changing and the popup appears again.

    Hope that helps.
