• I have installed the Complianz plugin and run through the wizard. However, no cookie banner is displayed when I visit the website. Neither in Chrome, nor in Firefox. Clear page cache, browser without plugins, private/anonymous window – no cookie banner even then.

WordPress 6.6.2, Google Tag Manager installed (via Site Kit 1.139.0).

However, it did not work even before the Tag Manager and Site Kit.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @new_joerg ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Could you check your browser console for errors during the scan and also when you finish the wizard?

Let me know if anything happens. If so, please send us the screenshot.

During a scan this messages occur in the console:

Another discrepancy is the display of the assistant in the dashboard. Although I have run through the wizard several times, the setup is obviously not completed. At the top 6 remaining tasks are reported, the line below says 4 open tasks. Clicking on “Verbleibende Aufgaben(6)” has no effect (the screen does not change, the 6 tasks are not displayed).

Same issue here New Installation + Woocommerce +Astra Theme, no Errors in the console. The Banner never shows up.

    Edit:

We have found the error in previous versions of the plugin you just had to make a setting and the field was displayed. In the new version, you have to activate and confirm each setting separately in order for this tensioner to be displayed. That was the bug.

But we tested it after this in Firefox Privacy mode with all cookies reset and there are still no banner shown up!
