first of all. Relates this issue to the conversions not being tracked or do not you even get views in the statistics? This is important as we have to know where to start.

In addition to that i can see that the url mapping for the tracking pixel is wrong. Could you please send the Elementor System informations to [email protected] or post it here?

where do I send the logins? I can only grant access to a dev site though not the live site if that is ok.
