No conversion rate from European Central Bank (ECB)

    Hello

    I have an issue with the exchange rate server of the European Central Bank. When I checked the box to update all rates and save the changes, the conversion rate field (direct bank transfer) wouldn’t show the value. It’s blank and empty.?

    If I use Fixer.io, the field manages to update the rate with success. But I didn’t want to use this server because the conversion rate is not similar with the ECB.

    Hi @sanji17,

    Could you please go to “WooCommerce > Settings > Payment Gateway Currency > Advanced” and enable the “Debug” checkbox there (it’s at the bottom of the settings page). Then try running the “Update all rates now” tool again, and check for the alg-wc-payment-gateway-currency log in “WooCommerce > Status > Logs”. What does it say?

    Hi @sanji17,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    Could you please update the plugin to the latest v3.2.0 (released just a couple of minutes ago), and try it again? This plugin release won’t fix anything, however, hopefully, it will be much more info in the log.
