• Hi, I have both latest versions (Simple Login Log 0.9.6 and WordPress 3.5.1) installed. When I try to view the data in the WordPress admin view under “Users->Login Log”, all I see is an empty screen to the right, with the exception of the “Screen Options”, which is however not functioning either. Checking the database with MySQL shows that the data is there and recorded and updated.

I could of course try to delete and reinstall, but then I would lose all the data of the past few weeks. I’ve made a .txt and a .csv export of the MySQL data, so I could eventually reimport, but I’ve never done anything like that and would like to know what other fixes are available.

Just from a troubleshooting point of view try these temporary steps to see if something else is causing a conflict.

    1. Deactivate all of your plugin except the Simple Login Log plugin.
    2. Switch your site to the Twenty Twelve theme.
    3. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
    4. Re-login into your WordPress dashboard.

Does the data in the WordPress admin now work after you’ve done that? Remember these steps are only temporary to see if it’s something else causing that problem.

Could this problem also be related to high amount of memory being required for the log display function? I noticed earleir that it asked for 24 MB of memory, which exceeded my allocation. Only, previously it gave me an error message, whereas now I have a blank screen.

I’d hate having to play around with a live site and definitely don’t want to switch themes just to go error-hunting.

Blank screens (also referred to as the White Screen Of Death) means that your PHP is tossing 500 errors and crashing.

Your web server’s error log file may be able to tell you what part of your installation is causing that.

Thanks Jan, but I have no idea where I could access such error log files.

Your host may be able to help you, hopefully whatever is causing that WSOD is leaving an error log somewhere.

I’m having the excact same problem as phellmon.

WordPress, plugins and themes are all updated to latest versions as of the date when posting this. The site is on PHP Version 5.3.3-1ubuntu9.3 with a hosting provider.

Simple Login Log show WSOD when clicking users->login log
    (https://[mysite].com/wp-admin/users.php?page=login_log)

Sometimes I get this error in Google Chrome instead of WSOD:
Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
    Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

I’ve disabled Simple Login Log and re-enabled it. No change.
I’ve also disabled all plugins except for SLL. Also no change.

    Any help would be appreciated.
