No content pages in admin, only left side links

    My customer has an interesting problem, it seems that someone used user access to manipulate the admin access. Now when admin logs in there is no access to edit, other than the tabs on left. Clicking tabs does not bring up any content, leaves the main section totally blank along with missing top menu bar

    Any ideas?
