    Im wondering if anyone can tell me why when i create a new page i can add stuff as per normal like text, images and code etc, but when i publish the page it wont show anything (also wont show it in preview). All i get is the page title and and edit link with the date. When i go into the published page via the edit link all my text is there still!

    Im currently using classified theme by premiumpress so i suspect that might be causing it.

    I do have a way round it if i really need to but it wont be very elegant…

    Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Check that page.php includes <?php the_content();> inside the Loop.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

    I just checked and found this:

    <?php the_content(); ?>

    I swapped it for your version but then got “cannot display page” error. That litte “?” seems to have a lot of power….

    Sorry – if I could type properly, I’d be dangerous!

    Drop a copy of the file into the WordPress pastebin and post the pastebin url here. Perhaps someone will be able to spot the problem and suggest a solution.
