Please upgrade to the latest version of WP first and see if it solves the issue. Also make sure you are running latest versions of your plugins and themes.

Plugin is in the latest version, WP cannot go to newer version as other plugins will break the page totally. I did not created the page but I would like to get this plugin working again.

It is enabled for a longer time, as I have no clue and other mod owners point this one is my root cause that I do not see the content I’m seeking an answer here ??

@zymeth25 I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.

If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:

    You get the idea.

We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.

When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves.

@sterndata Ah, ok, I had a feeling this forum could have rules like that ?? but thought it would save me so much time just having a look myself. But you are right it is a bit risky.

Than what do you want first … you can get access to any historical log after anonymization ??

Actually, what I’d like you to do first is disable all other plugins and try it with a default theme. And Steven us absolutely right about the Health Check plugin. Go ahead and install it.

Then go to Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Troubleshooting > Enable Troubleshooting Mode.

Don’t worry, nothing will change for your users, only you will be able to see the troubleshooting version of your site.

Next, go to “Plugins” and next to “List Category Posts” click “Enable with troubleshooting” and see if the [catlist] shortcodes work.
