No "Contact" tab is appearing

I installed the plugin and activated it, but now I see this error everywhere: “Contact Form 7 is not activated. Contact Form 7 must be installed and activated before you can use the InfusionSoft Add-on.” and there is no new “Contact” tab to play with.
