No contact form found in YITH WooCommerce Request a Quote Plugin Form Settings

My Contact 7 Form is not showing up in YITH WooCommerce Request a Quote Plugin Request Form Settings. I’ve set up the contact form in Contact Form 7. I added [yith-request-a-quote-list] to the form message. I added the form shortcode to the Request A Quote page. I went to YIT Plugins Request A Quote Settings and chose Contact Form 7 for the Request form but where it says, “Choose the form to display” it says “No contact form found”. I followed the plugin documentation. Not sure what to do.
