    I started using the plugin and follow the assistent until the end. But I am not able to collect cookie informations from cookiedatabase. It is always telling me, there is no connection to cookiedatabase.org and I have to connect to it. But where in hell, I can do it?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    This behavior is unusual, and I haven’t personally encountered it before. Could there be any networking limitations applied to your site? You might try clearing your browser cache or running the site scan in incognito to see if anything different happens. Please also open the browser console and check the “Network” section to see if any failed connections appear. If there’s an error related to Complianz, it should be reflected there.

    If you could provide any screenshots or a Loom video, that would help us a lot.

    Thank you for reply. I tried again after clearing cache and also in incognito session. Always the same result. I would like to share a screen recording and the network output with you. Is there any way I can send it to you? I don’t want to share these information here in forum.
