Since I can’t check form settings on your site, let’s start with configuration ??
I’m assuming that by “confirmation” you mean a message to the person who actually submitted the form, right?
If you edit your form and go to “Email Notifications” settings section, is there any notification already configured or there’s only “+ Add Email Notification”? If there’s only that button, you’ll need to start with adding new notification.
While doing that (or editing existing one) pay attention, please to what is set in “Reciptients” field of notification settings. If the “recipients” field is empty there’ll be no confirmation mail. To send confirmation you should select there a form field that contains an e-mail of the user.
If that’s already set that way, then can you tell please if any other e-mails from the site are actually delivered when necessary? By that I mean for example registration confirmation or “lost password” e-mail – do they go through or are they missing as well?
