No confirmation when user submits form

    Hello,

    After clicking Submit, nothing happens for the form user. I’ve set up a confirmation message but it doesn’t get displayed. I’ve also tried to set up a redirect to a different page and that doesn’t work either.

    The form submission works as I receive email notifications when people submit it. But they don’t know that they’ve correctly submitted the form as nothing happens when they press submit.

    I hope that makes sense and that someone will be able to help.

    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your form.

    It appears there’s an AJAX error when trying to submit the form. For your reference, I’ve created this screencast.

    This type of issue is often caused by a conflict with another plugin or your theme. When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?

    Another possibility is that the AJAX script isn’t being allowed to load, which is usually related to file permissions. In that case, I recommend reaching out to your host and asking them to reset file permissions, which should resolve the issue.
