No confirmation sent and no addition to list

    I do not receive a confirmation email and I am not added to the Mailchimp list.

    Initial setup did sent confirmations and added to the list. I have not used the site for a few months. I have updated all the plugins and the WP and now nothing works. Form does confirm online that email has been sent and to click on the link on the email when received to confirm.

    Hello Ovas,

    The “Double Opt-in” email is sent directly from MailChimp.com and not by us so we do not have any control on it. We often get complaints of this email being delivered very late and sometimes not being delivered at all. We have discussed this with MailChimp.com as well, but the reply has always been that the emails are sent from their end.

    While this is not the best solution, I would recommend disabling “Double Opt-in” and testing again. Make sure to check “MailChimp for WP > Others” page in your admin so see if any errors are listed. If after disabling “Double Opt-in” your email is successfully added to your list, then you can rest assured our plugin is working properly.

    Great help. Yes you are correct possible as many times you can remember as you can ??

    On the same subject, how do I get a copy of the mailChimp online form submission ?

    Hey Faruk,

    Our free plugin does not offer any way to get a copy of the form submission. Only our Premium (Paid) version has that feature. MailChimp.com has some way to send you daily/weekly notification of new subscribers as well.
