    My clients have informed me that when checking out, they did not feel that their order had processed through bc the screen grayed out as if it was processing but there was no confirmation/thank you for your order page and they (and I) did not receive a ‘new order’ email. But when I log in the order exists in woocommerce and the payment exists in Stripe. All the email setting are set correctly in woocommerce. Clients are attempting to order again thinking that it didn’t go through and I’m having to refund duplicate orders. Is there an update or another way to fix this?

    yes, I discovered that it wasn’t a plugin problem. I didn’t have enough memory on my site and had to upgrade to more memory from my host. It had enough memory to process the sale but not enough to do the final redirect of pages and send the response emails out.
    I had a warning from WordPress that I was getting low on memory, but it didn’t occur to me that the two issues were related. Hope that helps….
