No confirmation of e-mail sent

I’m using this plugin with the contact form built in on Goodlayer’s Maxima theme. Whenever I send the form, the e-mail is sent, but the form doesn’t reset, and a little “in-progress” icon shows next to the submit button.
That is a feature that is built in to the Maxima theme, I believe. However, now that I’m using this plugin, the confirmation never shows and the in progress icon stays forever. Which leads people to submit the form over and over again without knowing it’s been sent.
Is there anyway to reset the form after the submit button has been pressed? or so how get it to confirm that the e-mail has been sent?
