• Hi there,
    I’ve checked Flamingo and I see the messages are coming through. However, as a test-user, I don’t see any spinning or a success message after I click on my submit button. I also haven’t received any of the emails yet, so I’m not sure if this is connected?

    I’ve been looking at other support responses and the CF7 FAQ regarding this issue, but nothing has helped resolve this.

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

    Thanks for your quick response. I just tried deactivating the plugins and switching to the default theme and tested again. The responses are still being recorded in Flamingo, however, I’m still not receiving a success message or any messages to my inbox.

    Same issue for me on CF7 4.7 with WP 4.8.3. Frustrating, but I’m hoping there’s a good solution to this. I just don’t know what it is. ??

    We have been having the same issue since update 4.8. The emails are received but the user only gets a spinning wheel and no message to say the form has been sent. Downgrading to 4.7 means the plugin still works.

    We keep checking the updated versions in the hope the problem has been fixed, but 4.9.1 still doesn’t work.

    Same issue.
    No green message “Thank you for your message. It has been sent.” and form still fill with data.

    Worpress 4.8.3
    CF 4.9.1

    I tested :

    Activate or deactivate the REST API does not change anything.
    Still No confirmation green message “Thank you for your message.”
    We stay with the toothed wheel that turns forever.

    What misery to have no solution from the plugin author, other than bother you!

    We will be forced to find an alternative

    Btchek, have you rolled back to version 4.7 of the plugin? That’s what worked best for me.
