No confirmation message

Hi there,
I’ve checked Flamingo and I see the messages are coming through. However, as a test-user, I don’t see any spinning or a success message after I click on my submit button. I also haven’t received any of the emails yet, so I’m not sure if this is connected?I’ve been looking at other support responses and the CF7 FAQ regarding this issue, but nothing has helped resolve this.
