No confirmation emails

Do you have access to error logs on your server? If so, could you please post any errors pertaining to PMPro e-mails? Also can you verify that they are not in your spam folder?

From what I can see there aren’t any errors in the logs. Additionally, they are not in the spam folder.

Apologies for the late reply. We’re you ever able to get your confirmation e-mails to send? PMPro uses the same functionality as WordPress uses to send the default e-mails so it is strange to see those coming through and not the PMPro confirmation e-mails.
