No configuration for each site

That’s the intended result. In multi-site there must be a central management area unless you allow individual sites to override settings.

but how do i enable override settings ?

nevermind, i found it.
But by default since i had different settinggs on different sites, the option should have been automatically selected

i think there is a problem with database cache ignoring list
the page is always cached even on supposed ignored pages
