No commissions created even there are conversions.

    I’m testing the free version in order to evaluate the purchase. I found that my test order has been tracked and converted but i found no record in commission tab. It’s supposed to have a new record there, isn’t it ? What’s the possible cause ?

    Does it work with Caching Plugin and Cloudflare ?

    I tested ordering and found that there is a record in conversion tab but it was disappeared later then.
    Some orders do not have referral commission even we tested with same URL.

    Does the problem related to cookie or any cache plugin ? I’m using W3TC and Cloudflare.

    Have you checked if the cookie is created correctly on your browser when you go to do the checkout process?

    It could be related to a cache problem, it usually happens on the server-side.

    We kindly suggest you deactivate all the plugins (except YITH Affiliates and WooCommerce to discard any conflict.
