No Commission calculated

Hi

My problem is that testing the plugin shows that no commission is ever calculated.

First of all the system:
Wordpress 4.9.2
Woocommerce Version 3.2.6
WC Marketplace 2.7.8
Have tested it on vanilla installation wiht no other plugins whatsoever and Twenty theme as well as with other plugins, different themes and results always the same.

The problem:
We only want to use Direct Bank Transfer Payment for vendor and Vendor commissions. We have tried to setup the commission in WCMp -> Settings -> Payments with Vendor commissions as well as Admin Fees and Percentage i.e. 80

We have also tried to add the commission percentage directly on the Vendor user profile as well as at an individual product level. The result is always the same with no commission calculated.

Effectively the order goes trough and shows up on Woocommerce -> Orders as pending and nothing shows up under WCMp -> Commissions. I change the Order status to Complete and order shows up under Commissions but with Amount as $0 and status of post Private.

As such no commission is calculated. Also note that the product is virtual download (ebooks) and amounts rtange from 1.99 to 9.99 Euros.

Any idea will be appreciated.
