No Comments, Rollovers or sliding images

Hello, I have the Deluxe Theme from themeforest.
my website is museoaaa.org
for some reason my website is not showing the rollover images, or allowing for comments on posts (I selected allow comments) and the image slider on the home page is not working, I have double check everything and can’t find the problem.
for other users the theme is working fine.
i try completely uninstalling the theme and installing it again and nothing.
I am starting to think is not a problem with the theme but in my wordpress settings.
if anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it.
