No comments count

  • Hello. Excellent plugin. I am having issues with the comments count not showing on pages after the 1st page. The comments count shows on front page but when I click LOAD MORE, the comments count show 0 comments for posts with hundreds of comments. However, the comments count shows correctly when I click inside each post. I am using the Disqus plugin for years with no issues until I switched to the BB theme.

    1. I’ve tried disabling all plugins except Beaver Builder

    2. I cleared Beaver Builder cache tools

    3. I made sure Comments are visible on blog layout and page layout in Customizer

    4. I upgraded the BB (Pro version) plugin

    I’ve disabled the Beaver Build Pro Version plugin, and I will request a refund. Unfortunately, this plugin is not compatible with high traffic websites.

    Apologies for the delay as we have limited support on weekends.

    I did some testing on my local install and the comment count shows just fine. The post had more than a hundred comments, and I had the Posts module’s pagination set to the load more button.

    We can certainly process the refund for you provided you’re still within the grace period. But if you want, we can still check and do some testing on your site as it’s most likely an isolated case. ??
