No Comment goes to /subcribe#respond

  • My site is edmosaic.com/blog.

    The individual post links are directed to edmosaic.com/blog/subscribe and the “No comment” link is directed to edmosaic.com/blog/subscribe#respond. When clicked both get this response “404 Error: Not found
    The page you trying to reach does not exist, or has been moved.” I do not know what to do. Please advise.
