Hello, this plugin is not adding captcha questions to my comment box however when you complete the comment box it takes you to the page saying that the question was answered incorrectly. How can I get the captcha question to show up? I see a thread here with the same issue it was marked as resolved but there was no conclusion. I am happy to add a line of code to my source code to force it to display. And yes I am logged out. Thanks.

Not sure why this might be. Do you have another plugin or does your theme modify the standard comment form in any way? As a starting point, try deactivating them one at a time to try to identify whether there might be a conflict…

Hello, thanks for the reply. We do use a number of plugins all essential to our environment non of these should affect the standard comments form though. Is there a line of code that calls captcha on comments forms? Perhaps I can manually add it or ensure it is currently there? Thanks

    Hello

I understand that the plugins you have are essential but, as Mike said, we need you to try deactivating them one at a time to find out whether there’s a conflict. If nothing comes to light with the plugins, can you try a different theme (suggest Twenty Twelve) instead of your current theme, as well please?

    Many thanks

Hello, it’s no so easy for me to do all that. However I believe the issue might be caused by my themes “WooFramework Internal Container”… I know no more than that though. Thanks
