No comment box on my site

    What about per post or per page – look under Quick Edit for a post and see if comments are turned off there, by chance.

    If not, try deactivating your plugins to see if any are causing that problem. If that doesn’t fix it, leave them off and switch to a default theme to see if it’s a theme issue.
