No colored icons in page editor?

    In the last few versions, I can see text from Yoast plugin in the post/page editor, but not the green/yellow/red colored icons.

    Anyone else?

    My host changed my server settings recently so maybe it’s being blocked, but I thought maybe I should ask here first, since the plugin has released a few new versions lately.

    Can you please check the following?:

    • Are you using WordPress 5.3 or higher? If you’re not, please update your WordPress installation and check if the issue is resolved.
    • Are you using the latest version of Yoast SEO, version 14.2?
    • Are your themes and other plugins updated?

    If your site is up to date, and the issue persists, can you please send us a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end? This will let us determine what could be causing the problem.

    Hi,

    Everything is 100% up to date. I’m using latest version of WP – 5.4.1, and all plugins including Yoast are up-to-date.

    Note: Not sure if it matters but I’m using WP Classic Editor plugin because I hate Gutenburg. Screenshots below, from the post edit page. These are all areas where I think there used to be colors or icons or something?

    Thanks for sending the screenshots. Yoast SEO still supports the Classic Editor as well as Gutenberg. Since we weren’t able to reproduce the problem, there may be a conflict with your theme or another plugin on your site.

    Just to be sure, you can do a test to see if this still happens if you?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?

    We recommend doing this on a staging site or using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin.
