First of all, this is the only extension that blocked google connections. So far so good.

    I have two issues:

    1. The margin where the text (“click here to accept…) is placed is huge. So big indead, that I initially thought it just removed the embedded player entirely
    2. There is no button/link to load the embedded player. It says “click here to accept” but that’s not clickable. Only clickable link is the one redirecting me to youtube.com

I am using the base 2024 theme with no other plugins. Disabled ublock for testing. I tried embedding the youtube player through wordpress’s feature and also with html/iframe. But can’t get it to work.

Background images don’t show when selecting ‘download from youtube’ or when uploading my own. Maybe that’s part of the issue. It’s just the text with huge margins on top and bottom.

Hi, so I it does work in a page, but it doesn’t work on the 2024 theme’s static front page for me.

works when embedded in a page here:

doesn’t work when embedded on the front page of the theme:

Again: can you provide an actual link to such a page where it doesn’t work?

I figured it out. I created a page and made it the homepage in settings/read/define static homepage. Before, I was just using the editor and my homepage wasn’t really a page (if that makes sense).

Edit: It’s called Blog-Homepage and it can only be accessed through edit website. That’s where the privacy embeddings don’t work.

Thank you for clarification! I can reproduce this issue and will publish a fix as soon as possible. ??
