No checkbox/multiselect/ratings

They try to upsell features which any self-respecting review app would have. Usually review plugins have some of these field types eg numeric, currency, text, checkbox, multiselect. Some have calculate fields. This only has text.
‘WP Customer Reviews’ is a misnomer because users cannot put in star ratings except a summary field at end unless you buy the Pro version which is not available anyway!
With more features it would be a half-decent plugin.
