No checkbox on recover password form

  • I don’t have a ‘i am a human’ checkbox showing up on the recover password form, hence whenever anyone tries to use it their attempt gets rejected by shield ??

    You are using another plugin to either replace or augment the password recovery form. Either don’t use it, or turn off the password recovery option in the Login Protection module.

    It looks like Woocommerce is one plugin that interferes with the checkbox not appearing on the Lost Password form.

    That would make sense, I have observed the issue on two woocommerce sites.

    For this you just need to turn off the Shield option for password reset form under Login Protection
