• When I navigate to a page, I don’t see how I can simply choose notification for this page, ie. none/all new comments/replies to this comment.
    No list is displayed.
I only see a link ” Vous pouvez gérer les abonnements aux commentaires de ce billet.” or in english “you can manage subcriptions…” which redirects me to the management page of all my susbcriptions.
If I try what is proposed in the installation page, ie. manually edit your template, and add <?php if (function_exists(‘subscribe_reloaded_show’)) subscribe_reloaded_show(); ?> somewhere in your comments.php
I see the link “you can manage subcriptions…” displayed twice, but still no check box.
I use Divi Theme from Elegant Theme.

same problem when applying theme twenty fifteen, so not related to theme.

    Solved for admin user.
Under the Options tab in Settings, I was not allowing admins to subscribe.

But not solved for subscriber users.
does it need special permission, as I use User Role Editor plugin?

When I navigate to a page, I don’t see how I can simply choose notification for this page, ie. none/all new comments/replies to this comment.

Usually to display this you only have to enable the Advanced subscription option on the Comment Form options tab. This will allow the user a dropdown menu to allow them to select the type of subscription.

For now try the Advanced subscription Settings, if it doesn’t work the way you need I can take look at this.

The Advanced subscription option on the Comment Form options tab is enabled.
Checkbox displayed for admin user, not others.
And finally I don’t use the User Role Editor plugin, it’s on another WP install I manage too.

Can I have a link of your page ?

just noticed the checkbox is displayed when none is connected.
so you will see the check box.
can send you credentials by email so you can compare when user is logged in.

    aaaah got it!
The checkbox was not displayed because there was already a subscription for this user on this page. Probably from my previous test.
Is it possible to have the checkbox always displayed, rather then going to the subscription page to update it?

Also something else that I see is that the links is not correctly created. This is due to the permalink structure on your settings

What is the current permalink structure on the WP settings?

What is the value that you have on StCR for the Management URL on the Management Page?

    Thread Starter Eric Malalel

    (@teachlynx)

for WP settings, permalink is set to topic subject (ie. /%postname%/) for any site of this multisite install.
for StCR I leave the default value for URL on the Management Page:
    /comment-subscriptions/

    OK,

just avoid the last slash on /comment-subscriptions, That is breaking the link.

OK so far everything seems to work fine, including email notifications, so congratulations for this plugin and your support.
    One last question (or wish?).
Is it possible to display the checkbox on the page so the user can use it to update its notification status.
The management page is fine but could become a little bit confusing is there is a lot of subscriptions.
For my intended usage, people will use comments on one page for some time, and then will want to cancel their subscription.
My feeling is that it would be simpler to do it on the page itself rather then navigating to the management page.

For this approach I am working on a new feature name One Click Unsusbcribe. This will be sent to the user email address and just by clicking on it they will not be subscribe to the post. Perhaps this might fit what you need.

If the link to clic is displayed on the page, for sure.
Will it be like this? What is the expected release timeframe, if already planned?

The link will be on the user email address.

I hope to get done by the end of this week, but also some test has to be performed so probably next week.

You can subscribe to the tester list, I will release the update there before doing it on WordPress.
