    Hi,

    We use this plugin on a large number of sites and it works great, but I’ve noticed on one site that no changes are logged whatsoever. Are you able to suggest why this could be? I’m looking into it at the moment but a point in the right direction would be great if possible!

  • Hi @joshbedford! Unfortunately that appears to be an integration issue with the particular site or setup since the rest of the sites (and our testing sites) are logging changes as expected.

    Maybe check the version of WP and the plugin running on that one site and other configuration differences? We’ve seen issues with some of the “firewall” or “security” plugins that block random things without a notice.

    We’re having a similar issue, so I was curious which plugin was the culprit for you @joshbedford , we have a site at WP Engine, the Dev and Staging instances are recording changes just fine, but the site that’s in production is not. That’s the site that’s running a lot more plugins than the dev/staging sites which are redesigns in progress of the live site.

    I deleted a Slack alert, and tried again.. and it’s magically working.. :/
