    Hello,
    I have some difficulty to understand the functioning.
    I try to explain my needs: I don’t want to touch images with already title and alt. So I left “override” for both unchecked.
    If missing alt and title values, I want my title and alt having image filename.

    alt and title scheme= %name

    I tried saving and nothing changes!
    What did I wrong?

    Hey,

    this plugin will not change alt and title in your database.
    You can’t see your changes in your media library.

    The plugin filters and modify the images on the fly within WordPress “post_content” filter and some other hooks and filters.

    You can see the changes only directly on the rendered code of your website.
    If you use any caching software please clear your cache.

    I must be blind, i read it 3 times, where is it mentioned that does not change the db? thanks
