    Let us start with the positive, when it works it does all the base functionality

    Major issue: If you forget to pay your Aramex Bill, it will stop all sales on your website and it will put a public message telling customers your account has been suspended due to not paying your bills.

    Version 1.1.18 released today completely crashes my website.

    There is still no changelog on the plug-in page to understand what is going on with the updates, I even went to the development site and opened the read-me file, no updates to the change log since initial release. The comments on the updates just say (enhancements). Come on, this is lazy programing for something intended for use in a commercial environment.

    Again for a business environment, there is no mechanism to request features.

    Nobody responds in the support forums, not a single support request in the forums has a response. Technical support comes from calling your normal Aramex help line, where the staff will be confused as to what you are talking about and it took 3 phone calls to get to somebody who had an idea what I was calling about.

    update to review on 13 June 2024: Version 1.1.21 released and once again contacted Aramex for support as it still crashes my website and I am still stuck on the old version. Again no response.
