No CC Logos

I’ve noticed the CC logos are no longer displaying on the payment page.
Inspecting the image I see it indicates the source of the image as
https://payments.intuit.com/payments/landing_pages/LB/default.jsp?c=VMAD&l=H&s=2&b=FFFFFF
Following that link I get redirected to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/ which suggests that image source is no longer available.

@shivtiwari I’m having the same issue. However, in the WP Admin, I can see the credit cards, but not on the published page. [https://dev2.consultingly.com/pay-my-bill/]
