No CC email

I’ve filled out the “Email To: (Copy)” field for both New User Registered and New User Confirmed, but I do not receive the email copy. The email is being sent to the registered user, so I know email is working. But the (B)CC email is not being sent. I’d like to send a BCC email with every registration to an admin. How can I do this with your plugin? Thanks.
