No Categoriesd or Posts Visible — 404

Dear WPers,

I’m new to the game and have read the welcome messages and tried to make the search button my friend. However, I am at a standstill. I am using WP 3.05 with the Gourmet theme. I had a great time today adding posts, photos, etc. to my site when POOF (I know things don’t actually POOF) I could not view any posts. All my posts and categories are visible from the dashboard, but I get a 404 error when I try to view them. I have made sure they are not marked as private.
