No `Categories` and `Featured Image` can set

Plain Installed wordpress 6.0

I use Twenty Twenty-Two as the default theme.

As I add new post, I can’t set Categories and Featured Image. They aren’t on the Settings panel.

I’ve watched some solution like and tried them
-To check Screen Options
-To check Document Settings from three dots–Preferences–Panel
-Disable plugin

I haven’t solved so far
